Dear friends,

the time has come again! With great anticipation, we warmly invite you to our second Project 7 conference in Puschendorf!

Preparations are already underway, and in order to plan accordingly, we would like to provide you with the following information. We are already looking forward to your registrations and participation!

Project 7 Conference 2026 – from Wednesday, April 29 to Sunday, May 3, 2026

This time we will start already on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6:00 PM with dinner and conclude on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM with lunch. A detailed program for our conference is being prepared and will be sent to you.

Arrival is possible on Wednesday from 3:00 PM; rooms can be checked into from that time. It would be great if everyone could arrive by 5:00 PM at the latest so that we can begin dinner together at 6:00 PM.

Departure will be on Sunday after lunch at 1:00 PM, but rooms must please be vacated by 10:00 AM.

Meals (vegan lunch and dinner provided by the on-site catering service):

  • Breakfast, 12.50 EUR per person (only for those staying overnight in the guest house) from 7:00–9:30 AM Mon–Fri / 8:00–9:30 AM Sat–Sun & holidays
  • Lunch at 1:00 PM – 16 EUR per portion
  • Dinner at 6:00 PM – 14 EUR per portion

Drinks (water and juice) will be available all day in the dining room and will be charged at a flat rate of 6 EUR per person per day.

Accommodation:

We have reserved the entire guest house with 22 comfortable rooms directly next to the hall for this period. Current prices are as follows:

  • Single room with shower/WC – 64.00 EUR per person per night
  • Double room with shower/WC – 45.00 EUR per person per night
  • Shared room with shower/WC – 44.00 EUR per person per night

Reduced prices are available for children and adolescents; please inquire directly. All prices listed above are subject to change.

The rooms will likely not be sufficient for everyone who wishes to stay at the guest house. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrange alternative accommodation in the nearby area if needed, e.g. Parkvilla Puschendorf, Tel. 09101/9020950 or Gästehaus John in Veitsbronn, Tel. 0911/751088. We do not know their current rates; please inquire directly.

Registration & Booking

And now the important information on how to register. For better planning and organization of the event, we would appreciate if you could register by February 28, 2026.

Accommodation at the Puschendorf Guest House:

All participants who wish to stay at the guest house must book rooms directly themselves (email: info@dasgaestehaus-puschendorf.de) using the keyword “Projekt 7”. You will then receive a confirmation from the guest house. Please inform us at info@projekt7.media so we know you are staying there.

Please be sure to provide the following when booking:

  • Number of persons with names, address, and mobile phone numbers
  • Accommodation in the guest house with full vegan board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drink package
  • Keyword: “Projekt 7” (Conference April 29 – May 3, 2026)

If you don’t mind sharing a double or shared room with someone (please coordinate with them beforehand), please also mention this in your email or, ideally, make the booking together. Some rooms have separable or already separated beds.

Please remember that when leaving the guest house on Sunday (check-out by 10:00 AM), you will receive an invoice directly from the guest house and can pay on-site (cash or debit/credit card).

Day Guests Only (without accommodation or staying elsewhere):

For all participants staying elsewhere or living nearby who wish to attend as day guests, please register directly with us at info@projekt7.media and include that you are day guests and (if desired) will take only the meals, meaning lunch and dinner including the drink package for 5 days(= a total of 150 EUR per person). For logistical reasons, we cannot offer individual or per-day meal and drink options and can therefore only provide meals for full-duration guests. Thank you very much for your understanding!
